One of the goals of The Circumcision Clinic is to make the patient and family experience as seamless as possible. To this end, Our team is available to patients and primary health care providers by email and phone to answer any questions - anytime.
It takes a few seconds to review a photo and distinguish normal granulation from a possible infection, or reassure that swelling is expected and will resolve with time, rather than having families and providers seek emergency care. Similarly, if there is active bleeding, or signs of infection, our team wants to help navigate and coordinate care.
